Thank you for your patience whilst we paused ticket sales over the weekend. All tickets are now available to purchase from our website with the exception of 'Sing the Celebration' which will be back online by the end of the week.

Please bear with us over the coming days whilst we continue to make some changes to make sure the customer journey is as smooth as possible!

This month we are integrating Spektrix, a new ticketing and customer relationship management system to improve our internal operations, into our website. We are now running a significant number of events here at the cathedral and our current system for purchasing tickets is reaching its capacity. Spektrix will also help us to stay in touch with visitors and share upcoming events and news with our community much more effectively. Whilst the new system, which is also used by The Courtyard and Three Choirs Festival, won’t look too different for those using it to purchase tickets, there is quite a lot which needs to happen behind the scenes to get it working effectively.
