Ticketing Terms and Conditions

Hereford Cathedral events and visitor activities require a valid ticket to attend. Please check carefully the date, time, and location/entrance on your ticket or the cathedral website. Hereford Cathedral is a large site, and events can be held in a range of spaces. ID may be requested for age-specific tickets (Student/ Under 25).

Hereford Cathedral has an Accessible Ticketing policy to ensure that all visitors have an equal and enjoyable experience, regardless of impairment. For further information on accessible ticketing or safeguarding, please contact [email protected]. Please note that there is no public parking on site.

If a Hereford Cathedral ticketed event or visitor experience is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a refund. As a registered charity, we do not typically offer refunds for any other reason. In exceptional circumstances, please contact [email protected].

Please note that all commercial events are subject to a £1.50 booking fee which is non-refundable. Visitor activities—for example the Mappa Mundi and Chained Library Museum—are exempt from this, as well as missional events and services.
