Medieval Feast

Step back in time for an unforgettable evening of feasting and festivity in the magnificent nave of Hereford Cathedral. Launching the Medieval Hereford Festival weekend, this immersive event brings history to life with music, merriment, and a delectable two-course hot buffet and bar.

Enjoy live entertainment from The Plantagenets Medieval Society, who will fill the evening with authentic medieval music, lively sketches and interactive performances.

A lavish two-course buffet feast will be served by Nineteen, renowned for creating exceptional historical dining experiences.

Event Information:

Timings: Arrival 7pm | Event ends by 11pm

Ticket price: £60 (includes welcome drink, dinner, and entertainment). Tickets are available to book until the day before the event (subject to availability). A £1.50 transaction fee applies per booking.

Dress code: Medieval-inspired attire is encouraged, think flowing dresses, tunics, cloaks and linen shirts, though smart casual is equally welcome.

Bar: Cash and card bar available throughout the evening

Seating: Shared long banquet tables in the cathedral nave (groups will be seated together where possible)

Age restriction: 18+

This special evening marks the opening of the Medieval Hereford Festival, taking place on the cathedral close on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August.
