Jacob Costard
is currently organ scholar at Hereford Cathedral, having previously studied at St John’s School in Leatherhead. Whilst at school, he also studied the organ at the Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music with Anne Marsden Thomas and Dr Frederick Stocken, and received the ARCO diploma with four prizes at the age of 17. In September 2024 he will take up the organ scholarship at Salisbury Cathedral before matriculating the following year as organ scholar at Clare College, Cambridge, where he will read for a degree in divinity.
