Summer Garden Party with The Hey Yahs

Join us on Friday 7 August for a spectacular summer evening party in the Chapter House Garden where you can dance the night away with popular local band The Hey Yahs.

The Hey Yahs are a fun and lively event band showcasing top class entertainment to get you in a summer party mood. Made up of professional touring and session performers, they feature fabulous male and female lead and harmony vocals, fantastic horns, and a floor-filling rhythm section to entertain you with. Expect an evening of classic and contemporary feel-good greatest hits for you to enjoy, from Soul, Disco and Motown favourites to modern pop hits. With their impressive musicianship, sublime harmonies, and great showmanship, you are in for a great night. Bring along a group of family and friends and get ready to dance the night away! The Chapter House Garden at Hereford Cathedral is an atmospheric and beautiful setting for this special summer evening event. The event starts at 7pm until 9.30pm. Doors open from 6.15pm and Hereford Cathedral Café will be open all evening, serving alcohol and soft drinks as well as charcuterie boxes, ice creams and sweet treats. Options to pre-book food and drink from the café are available when booking your ticket!

Standard Tickets: £20. To purchase tickets, please proceed below. 

VIP Ticket Package (including 6 tickets, a reserved picnic table and a bottle of prosecco): £160. This package can be purchased by calling the Box Office team on 01432 374 202. Please note, this option is limited and is for a maximum of 6 people.

All tickets are subject to a transaction fee of £1.50. All tickets are non-refundable.

• We ask that only food and drink purchased on site can be consumed during the event.
• There is no parking available on site.
• Please note, we recommend this event is suitable for adults only (18+).
• Please note that the garden is open to the elements, and we’d recommend bringing an umbrella in case of the unpredictable British weather! In the case of light rain, the performance will continue. In the event of exceptionally bad weather or other extenuating circumstances, we will take the event inside the beautiful cathedral. 
• A variety of seating will be provided at this event including bistro tables, benches and loose chairs. There will be space available for dancing! The Chapter House Garden is paved and due to the nature of the site we recommend sensible footwear.
