Services resume from Sunday 28 March We are pleased to confirm that public worship in the cathedral will resume on Palm Sunday 28 March, as we begin our observance of Holy Week. Please note that, because of the continuing restrictions, there will be many changes to the usual pattern of services during Holy Week, so do check the times which will be published in the pew sheet and on the cathedral website the week before. In line with current guidelines, all members of congregation (unless exempt) will be asked to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing during the service. If you hope to attend a service of Holy Communion at 8 am or 10 am on Easter Day, please apply for a free admission ticket using the form that can be downloaded below or collected from the cathedral. Download an application form by clicking here. Tickets are necessary, because the seating capacity of the cathedral remains limited to 195 people. It is not yet clear whether the national guidance will permit the cathedral choir to resume singing during public worship.
