Hereford Cathedral’s music department is delighted to announce this year’s series of organ concerts. Peter Dyke, the cathedral’s assistant director of music, who curates the series, said: ‘It’s always a great pleasure to welcome so many different organists from around the country, and to hear them play our wonderful Willis organ.’

Most of the concerts in the series take place at 1.15 pm on Tuesdays, but there are also two evening gala concerts. The first of these will be given on Tuesday 13 June at 7.15 pm by James O’Donnell, organist of Westminster Abbey. The second will be given on Tuesday 18 July by Peter himself.

The series begins on Easter Monday, 17 April with a lunchtime concert by Peter Dyke.
