We have an exciting new opportunity for a Fundraising Officer to play a key role in our new development and fundraising team here at Hereford Cathedral. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic person to build on our existing programmes, and develop new fundraising opportunities.

Working in a small team implementing fundraising strategies which build on the successes of current partnerships, you will help develop innovative new projects and funding streams for the Cathedral’s changing landscape. You will use your previous fundraising experience to research funding options and write successful bids and grant applications to secure funding from a range of sources. As someone who enjoys communicating with people, you will also work alongside the events and commercial teams to support their exciting and community-minded programmes.

For this full time position we are offering a salary of £28,000 per annum, plus a non-contributory pension scheme with the employer contributing 8% of salary.
