In addition to sound interpersonal skills, they should also be competent and able to exercise governance in a complex Christian organisation. The Chair should additionally have experience of leading meetings, working effectively and collaboratively as a member of a team and be able to shape, drive, scrutinise and monitor decisions. The role is voluntary and has a commitment to no more than four meetings per year. Full details of the position are available here.
