Friends' Autumn lecture in College Hall, 7pm

The Very Rev’d Nick Bury, former Dean of Gloucester, a popular speaker and an expert on art history, offers an illustrated talk entitled ‘Visions of a Genius: the paintings of Hieronymus Bosch’.  Bosch died in 1517, just a year before Martin Luther published his 95 theses. He is often thought of as the first surrealist but did he foresee the coming Reformation?

Wine/soft drinks/savouries included in the cost of £9 per member in advance (£11 guests / door).

This event has been organised by the Friends of Hereford Cathedral. To purchase tickets please email [email protected]
