Join us for our second Hackathon at Hereford Cathedral, and be in with a chance of winning £200!

Last year's Hackathon at Hereford Cathedral was a great success, but this year it's bigger and better! Just like last year, the Hackathon is open to all year 12 students (or equivalent age/stage if not in college or sixth form). However, this year you can sign up as an individual or as a ready-made team*.

All teams will be working to solve a challenge which will be revealed on the day. All you know in advance is that it will be to do with our Cloisters, and that this year there will be a focus on accessibility. If your team's solution is judged as the best, you'll win a £200 Amazon voucher between you! Even if your team doesn't win, every participant gets a goody bag. (Check out our social media nearer the time for a sneak peek of what's inside!) The Hackathon is also a great opportunity to build problem-solving skills and learn more about innovation - plus it's valuable experience for CVs or Personal Statements.

Want to get involved? Sign up for a free ticket by clicking the button below - for yourself or your team - Sarah will send you an email to confirm your place.

If you have any questions, email Sarah at [email protected]

*Teams should have no more than 5 members.

This event is part of the Eastern Cloisters Project and is supported by National Lottery Heritage Fund and other donors.
