Visits for Foundation and Key Stage 1 children
For Foundation and Key Stage 1 children the cathedral might seem a vast and intimidating space. When you arrive, our Education Officer or one of our friendly schools guides will welcome your class and allow time for the children to look around and ask questions before beginning your trail or workshop.
There are toilets on site, and time for snacks and toilet breaks will be built into your timetable. We can also provide a space for you to eat packed lunches.
For children at the Foundation Stage we offer short Foundation Mini Visits tailored to suit your children and your objectives.
For KS1 children, as well as visits tailored to your needs, we offer three standard visits: A Special Place, Story Time, and Shape and Space.
