From 28th September 2011 a new exhibition will be displayed in the temporary exhibition cases in the Chained Library at Hereford Cathedral. Charting the history of the Chained Library from 1611 to the present day, this exhibition contains some of the treasures of the Hereford Cathedral Archive, and tells the turbulent tale of the library’s life and development
